Availability of Products 

The products in our web shop are updated daily, so our products stock is always up-to-date. Availability information is listed on each individual product page. If a product is out of stock this will be clearly stated on the product detail page under the price information.



Place an Order

Placing your order online through our web shop.
Ordering online through TVWallmount.co.uk is very simple. This is our preferred method of ordering because it is the fastest and least error prone. Because your information is placed directly into our automated system we can ensure your order is sent in the fastest possible way. Online ordering in our shop is available for both private business and institutional customers. Please use the following steps:

Step 1: Select the products you would like to order
Make your choice of product/s and click the "Add to basket" button. You can specify how many pieces of each item you would like to order.

Step 2: Enter your personal information
When your shopping is complete. Please click on "Checkout Basket". If you are already a registered customer, please enter your login details to complete your order. If you are a new client? Then please fill in your contact information to process your order.

Step 3: Select your shipping method
All our products are shipped free of charge with UPS.

Step 4: Choose your method of payment
We offer several payment methods. Please make your choice.

Step 5: Round up your order
At this point you will be given an overview of your order, including, shipping method and payment method. If everything is correct you can confirm your order. You will receive a confirmation email with a further summary of your order. Orders received before 17:00pm will be shipped the same day.

Placement of order by e-mail
You can place your order by e-mail info@tvwallmount.co.uk. If you order by e-mail, you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail. Placing an order by e-mail is only available to our business and institutional customers. Private customers must place their orders online through our web shop.

Order Confirmation

You will receive immediately after placing your online order, an order confirmation by email.

  • Online order number (For example, # 100 000 115)
  • Payment and current status of your payment.
  • Your chosen shipping method.
  • Your contact information (check for incorrect delivery address).
  • Products you have ordered with the total amount payable.



Shipping Confirmation

When your order has been approved, your order confirmation will appear immediately on your screen. Your tracking number and all relevant information concerning your order will also be sent by e-mail when the goods have been dispatched.

What's in this shipping confirmation?

  • Online order number (For example, # 100 000 115)
  • Information regarding the shipment of your package
  • An email link from UPS to track your parcel until it has been delivered.



 Change your Order

We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt of payment. For this reason we will not be able to cancel or change your order once you have submitted it to us. Please contact us as soon as possible via our email address.
